Wordless Wednesday - Too Dressy for Church?

On the way to church on Sunday, I looked back and saw this....


That is appropriate for church service right?

And because I never post about me.....look what happens when you only ask for one thing for your birthday...
Yep....the exact same camera!!  I'm super happy though...one will go back, and one will be open tonight so I can play!!!  Anyone have any advice/help?  I'm assuming I need to get a flash....neither came with one.  I did get an extra lense, and bag.  I think when I take one back I may get a flash and back up battery!

    Perfect church attire! LOL. And yippee for your new Camera(s)! My hubby bought me the Canon Rebel T1i before Christmas and I LOVE it. Mine has a flash though? It flips up on the top. I bought a case through a friend who had an extra, so that helped. Enjoy your new toy! Thanks for linking up :)

    Okay, so I hate what flashes do to one's photography. You could get an external flash with swivel head, but the built in flashes are useless for decent photography. The best investment one can make is decent lenses. It all depends on what kinds of pictures you want to take, but apart from the kit lens, which comes with the camera, it's always nice to get a prime (one that doesn't zoom) for good portraits... An extra battery? Unless you're shooting weddings or doing long shoots, you shouldn't need one... Just remember to charge it often... Hope that helps.
